Shaykh Jalal al-Din and Sakinah Bibi, the son and the wife of Haji Mirza Davud known as Nizam al-‘Ulama’, on his behalf have sold some properties including a house, located in Sar-i Bagh neighborhood of Shiraz, to Haji Ghulamhusayn Bayg, the son of Fath Allah Bayg from Shiraz, for seventeen tumans after taking into account the time the property was possessed by Mirza Muhammad Husayn and his inheritors.

Hajiyah Zahra, wife of the late Haji Sayyid Riza, sells her own (one-third) and her daughter (Hajiyah Khadijah)'s share from an inherited property located in Sanjah Darvazah neighborhood in Bushihr to Aqa Mir Ahmad, son of Aqa Mir Ghaffar from Davan, in exchange for seventy tumans. Shahrbanu Baygum, the other daughter of Sayyid Riza has not sold her share.
